Best Songs – Semanas 4 e 5
Primeiramente um pedido de desculpas a todos os que esperam a dica de música da semana. Infelizmente negligenciei um pouco essa série estes dias porque estava gastando um bocado de tempo no mestrado, mas vamos lá….
A série Best Songs acumulou! Não postei na semana passada nem na retrasada, por isso este post terá duas músicas. Isso parece bastante providencial porque nesta semana falarei da – na minha opinião – melhor banda de todas, e seria extremamente difícil escolher apenas uma música (duas é um pouco melhor, mas ainda assim difícil). Isso não significa que outras não se igualam à ela, mas que nenhuma a ultrapassa. 
Pois bem, a banda é o Audio Adrenaline (www.audioa.com). Audio foi uma banda de rock cristão que teve dezoito anos de vida (1989 – 2007). Isso mesmo, ela já acabou 
Ela ganhou, dentre vários prêmios, o Grammy em 2004 e 2006 com o melhor álbum de rock gospel.
No dia em que passei a gostar dela descobri que a banda acabou devido a um problema com as cordas vocais do então vocalista Mark Stuart. A banda decidiu terminar ao invés de chamar um novo vocalista.
Uma das coisas que realmente me agradam no Audio Adrenaline é o projeto missionário fundado pela banda, o Hands and Feet, que cuida de crianças carentes no Haiti. É um belo projeto (vale a pena a visita ao site). O nome projeto veio da música homônima (videoclip).
Mas vamos às músicas… A primeira (What You Need) é de 1992! e a segunda (Ocean Floor) de 2001!
